Beginner’s Yoga for Mums.
I’ve had quite a few questions lately about where to start if yoga if you are an absolute beginner. And whilst my first pick would be at an actual studio, I know the reality for many Mums it’s simply impossible to get someone to watch the kids whilst you go to a class.
So… for those of you have been asking I’ve created this beginners yoga class for you. I’ve slowed down my usual class and broken down alignment, core and breath for you.
It will take you right back to basics with what you need to get started. How to use the breath as you move through the poses and what alignment you need to be aware of, especially after having babies. And for those of you who have been practicing for a while it might be a perfect reminder of the beginners mindset and coming back to basics.
